The Governing Body

The role of the Governing Body is to ensure that the Clinical Commissioning Group fulfils its statutory functions and responsibilities in commissioning high quality care for the population of North East Hampshire and Farnham.

NHS North East Hampshire and Farnham Clinical Commissioning Group’s Governing Body has 11 voting members from a variety of backgrounds with a wide range of skills and experience. It includes Executive and Lay Members and all make decisions as a unified group. Who's Who

The Governing Body works closely with its partners in Primary Care, most notably the 20 GP Practices, the two local GP Federations and the Primary Care Networks.

As well as the voting members there are a number of other members representing a range of different organisations including local authorities and Public Health.
