What is the One You Wellbeing Festival?
With the many demands placed on our lives it can be difficult to prioritise our health and wellbeing and very few of us lead as healthy a life as we might wish to.
We want to show everyone that being healthy isn’t as difficult as you might think and that rather than making big, radical changes to your daily routine, you can get where you want to go through lots of little alterations. The One You Wellbeing Festival is a celebration of these small changes you can make to help you feel good and start improving your health right away.
Join us at the One You Wellbeing Day on Sunday, May 7 and you might discover your new favourite way to get active with two weeks of free, discounted and low-cost physical activity sessions.
This is part of the national One You campaign. Over one million people have already started their One You journey to a happier, healthier life. It’s never too late to join them. Where is the Festival taking place?
The One You Wellbeing Day will take place at the Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre. Then between Monday 8 and Sunday 21 May physical activity sessions will be taking place in various locations across Hart, Rushmoor and Waverley.
How do I take part?
You can come along to the One You Wellbeing Day any time between 11am and 3pm, there’s no need to book. This is a free fun event for all ages.
Some physical activity sessions happening during the two weeks will need to be booked in advance. You can find all the details below including who the sessions are suitable for.

Who is involved?
We’ve joined up with Hart District Council, Rushmoor Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council to organise the Festival. We’re grateful to all of the groups, services and organisations who are getting involved and helping to make it happen.

Discover the right activity for YOU with the One You Wellbeing Festival.
Being active is a great way to get more out of life and feel good but most of us are not getting the right amount of activity we need to stay healthy.
There are lots of ways you can get moving, and finding an activity you enjoy means you’re more likely to stick with it.
From Monday 8 – Sunday 21 May we’re encouraging people to try something new and move more with a range of free, discounted and low-cost physical activity opportunities across Hart, Rushmoor and Waverley.
Moving more could help you to improve your health, sleep better, de-stress, feel energised, maintain a healthy weight, meet people and spend time with friends.
All of the activities on offer are provided by local leisure centres, instructors, groups and clubs. To get involved simply look through what’s on offer, find the activities you want to try and contact the organiser using the contact details provided.
