Key dates & important information

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION:

  • We welcome applications from individuals, community and voluntary groups and organisations (organisations must be not for profit and statutory organisations may not apply)
  • The maximum funding available per project is £5000

  • Projects must take place between April 2021 – March 2022

  • Cut-off date for applications is midnight on Sunday 14th February 2021

  • Successful applicants will be informed by 5pm on Friday 19th February 2021

  • The virtual conference will take place over three weeks between 8th-25th March 2021

  • Monday 8th March 2021 - A 90 minute virtual launch event will take place – all shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend alongside stakeholders and the wider public.

  • Tuesday 9th – Friday 19th March - All shortlisted applicants will be required to attend at least one virtual 60 minute ‘project development session’ (availability preference can be given as part of the application).

  • Thursday 25th March 2021 - A 90 minute virtual closing session will take place on - all shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend alongside stakeholders and the wider public.

  • Although we expect to be able to provide advice, support and/or funding to all shortlisted applicants, this is subject to attendance at development sessions which may alter the project plan/idea. This will be taken into considerations and final funding/support decisions will be confirmed with applicants no later than Wednesday 31st March 2021.
