Keeping children off school: A helpful tool for parents

This year it’s more important than ever to get your flu jab. Flu brings misery to people who are in otherwise good health but for the elderly, the very young, and particularly those with some long-term health conditions, it can be much more dangerous.
Local authorities and the local NHS understand the frustrations of residents who are struggling to get local COVID-19 tests, and are urging people only to get tested if they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been officially advised they need to get tested.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with the Frimley Collaborative of CCGs – East Berkshire CCG, North East Hants and Farnham CCG and Surrey Heath CCG - to support the implementation of the Health Education England (HEE) General Practice Nursing Career Framework and General Practice Nursing 10 point plan.
The past few months have been hard on everyone, including our kids. We know that most families have experienced upheaval in their daily lives during the pandemic and as many children return to school or college or even start for the first time, this dose of almost normal will be welcomed by some but can cause feelings of anxiety in others.
